GreenCoop company is the cooperative of producers of Happy Tomatoes from Rye Island (Žitný Ostrov). Rye Island did not accidentally become the home of the popular Happy Tomatoes. This area is the largest inter-river island in Europe and the largest freshwater supply in Central Europe. It is not only the most productive agricultural area of Slovakia, but there are also many geothermal sources without which ecological greenhouse crop production is almost unimaginable.
Our cooperative groups together producers whose philosophy is to grow tasty and healthy tomatoes, leaving the lowest possible ecological footprint.
